Another horrible smell that causes Halitosis is smoking and drinking, when you are smoking all the smoke will stay at the back of your throat so then others will smell. Drinking is similar, you can always smell the alcohol on someone when been drinking, but also when you wake up the morning after drinking you will have a very dry mouth which will also have an unpleasant smell. When brushing your teeth, you should clean for up to two minutes and defiantly clean the areas where your gums meet your teeth. Mouthwash is another way of getting rid of bacteria in your mouth, but this doesn’t mean that you stop brushing your teeth, you should include this in your daily routine. To avoid tooth erosion you should wait at least 30 minutes before you brush your teeth after having a drink such as fruit juice or an acidic drink and even eating fruit such as oranges you should wait.
